Registration and Reservation
Payment must be made in order to confirm your registration and hotel reservation. Please return the copy of bank transfer to Interium either by mail or by fax.
Cancellation and Refund
Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing to the interium tourism.
30 EUR service fee will be charged for cancellations before February 15, 2008.
50% refund will be made for cancellations from February 15 to June 15,2008.
No refunds will be made after June 15, 2008.
An Important Reminder
Please kindly be informed that a shuttle service will not be provided from the other hotels to the congress hotel in Antalya. We would also like to remind you that the participants who did not make their room reservations for Maritim Pine Beach Hotel via interium tourism, is required to pay an outside participant package fee which is 200 EUR.
