Transfer : Antalya is very easy to reach by many daily convenient direct flight connections from the main European cities and by direct flights from throughout the world. Antalya Airport is 35 km from the congress venue. Airport transfers will be organised by  interium tourism. However, interium tourism must be provided with the exact arrival and departure informations at least one month prior to the date of the Congress.

Passport and Visa: Every foreign visitor entering Turkey must possess a valid passport. Participants from countries requiring a visa for entry to Turkey are strongly advised to make their applications in their home country at least one month before the intended date of travel. If in doubt, information can be obtained from the nearest Turkish Embassy or Consulate.

Turkish Airlines is the Official Airline of 11th Bridging Eastern and Western Psychiatry Annual Meeting. Turkish Airlines offers a global network of flights linking to Turkey with most of the major cities throughout the world. Turkish Airlines offers %10 discounted airfares to registered participants and accompanying persons attending to 11th Bridging Eastern and Western Psychiatry Annual Meeting. To obtain a discounted airfare, the participants must present a copy of the registration confirmation letter issued by 11th Bridging Eastern and Western Psychiatry Annual Meeting Congress Secreteriat together with the congress code, BB537, to any of the Turkish Airlines offices. Discounted tickets will be valid for flights dated 10 days before and after the congress.

Official Language: Turkish is the official language in Turkey. English is the official language for "Bridging Eastern and Western Psychiatry Congress".

Climate: In September the weather is usually hot in Antalya. The average temperature ranges between

22-26ºC.

Time Zone: Time is two hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+2) in Turkey.

Tipping: Tipping is not mandatory in Turkey. However it is customary to add 10% in taxis and restaurants if you are satisfied with the service.

Invitation Letter: If requested by participants, official invitation letters will be sent by interium tourism. Such solicited invitations will not offer any payment of expenses, such as fees, travel or hotel accommodation for the congress.
