DEPRESSION

Depression is the serious condition and one should take the step to reduce the stress level, because the over stress is the main cause of the depression. Apart from the medication the relaxation and mind exercise is the most important to get rid from this kind of condition. The people who affected by the depression will not mingle to other and always they are living lonely and also they are having the separate way to live their life. And one should know about depression management to avoid the over stress. The meditation is considered as the best one to get rid from the problem of all stress related diseases. Taking foods that can helps to improve the brain function is very important.
