Hepatorenal syndrome

Hepatorenal syndrome is a condition that affects the people. This condition occurs when the kidney fails to work properly. The main causes for this condition are liver failure and cirrhosis. Cirrhosis is a condition which gives the serious damage to the liver. Once this condition occurs, the patient’s kidney also fails to work. The other reasons for this condition are low blood pressure and infection. The most common symptoms of this condition are swelling occurs in the abdomen, confusion, rapid increase in the weight, nausea, vomiting, delirium and the skin becomes yellow in color. Before start the treatment, doctors will check the functioning of the heart and also check, whether there is an adequate blood in the body. Surgery is not needed always.
