Ectropion

Ectropion is a problem related to the eye. Usually the lower part of the eyelid turns out. Due to this, the inner part of the surface gets affected. The primary reasons for Ectropion are age and the eyelid tissues become weak. When the tissues become weak, the eyelids are turns out. The other reasons for ectropion are the occurrence of the defect at the time of birth and the tissue gets scarred due to burns. The symptoms for ectropion are eyes becomes dry, pain occurs in the eye, eye becomes red in color and excess tearing from the eye. Doctors usually did not take any special test for this problem. Physical examination is enough for diagnosis. Surgery is needed to place the eyelids properly.
