Baby Care


Having a baby is the most prized feeling which cannot be compared with any of the human feelings. Baby care is in itself a delicate job. There are many things you have to follow while taking care of your baby. Give sponge bath your baby until the umbilical cord falls off. It takes two to three weeks to fall from baby’s body.

Do not leave your baby alone in the water. Small amount of water is also very dangerous for the baby. Do not use stuffed toys, blankets and other hazardous things in the cradle with your baby. Sudden Infant Death Syndrome is a major risk among babies. Premature babies are always at higher risk.

Feed the baby three hours once. You require lot of patience to calm your babies. While baby is sleeping, check for his chest fall and rise. Cut the nails regularly to maintain hygiene. Give bath to your baby. Whatever precautions you take, your baby will become ill. Consult a good pediatrician when he is sick.

All people know the importance of including green leafy vegetables in our regular diet. They are good for both mental and physical health. Inflammatory diseases can be prevented by including green leafy vegetables in our daily diets. They are also helpful in increasing immune system. They are great in the Protection of the eye. High consumption of green leafy vegetables decreases the risk of breast cancer and skin cancer. It serves as the best anti inflammatory, anti oxidants, anti cancer agents. Try to include this precious vegetable in your food to lead a healthy life.

How to avoid pimples


Pimples are ugly to see in the face or any other place in our body. When you see your pimples on your face, try to avoid touching that pimple. It you touch that pimple or any force applies on it, then it may tend to big and cause more pain. Pimples are mainly caused by adding oil items in our daily food and also came through heat present in the body. Try to wash your face at least two or three times in a day. Before going to bed, your face must be clean to have a nice sleep and also free from lot of makeup. At the night time, your face skins also breathe.

Homey plays an important role in the pimples protection. Prepare a mixture of honey and milk and then apply on your face after wash with low temperature hot water. Try to reduce eating sweat items, which cause more pimples in your skin. Keep your oily hair and hands away from the face to avoid pimples. Nothing is important then drinking plenty of water to avoid pimples. It is the best way of protecting pimples in our face.

DIETING TIPS


Suppose a person is over weight means it makes to worry lot and that person will take steps to reduce the weight. Those steps are known as the diet. The excess weight problem is due to the problem of having lot of fat and cholesterol in the body. By doing the diet the fat and cholesterol is reduced by giving enough calories that the body wants. But before the diet it is better and good to consult the doctor so that it will not create any harm to the body.

Daily drink water at least two to three liters that makes the person body fit and health so that lots of problems are reduced. Do not eat the food that contains low calories and high fat for example chocolates, cakes, soft drinks often that makes the to put the weight in the body.
Do not drink too much of alcohol that affects the body lot. Add lot of vegetables with the food that helps to get energy in the body. Drink soups that are prepared not to get preservatives. Do exercise regularly to make the body fit and wealth.

Instead of eating fried chips it is better to eat vegetable salads that are good for health. Daily keep a record about the food that what the person eating and have the full details that help to know about the amount of calories.
